Ipsum was founded in 2017 with the goal of creating a specialist utilities and infrastructure support services provider. Ipsum has been developed through the acquisition of five industry specialists to create one unified and cohesive company, operating from 9 regional offices. With over 90 years combined experience, we have the unique industry expertise, in-house capability, and national coverage to allow us to continuously deliver innovative solutions to public and private sector customers UK-wide.
